True Smart Max 4.0 Plus is the cheapest Thailand provider smartphone and the best entry level smartphone. It has 5 megapixel rear camera, 2 megapixel front camera and slow-mo feature on camera. It have pre-installed LINE, 7-11 and TrueMove applications such as HTV, True Visions Anywhere and more. Desite it is the cheap entry level phone, but it has great features same as entry level branded phone. The cons is it doesn't support other SIM card other than TrueMove H.
